The radius is approx 2950mm with an over run of 500mm.

Assembly, and cladded by a top class team of pattern makers.

Accuracy of 2mm was achieved over 5.9 metres

We modelled this in Rhino3D, CAD from a hand drawn sketch on a piece of A4 paper.

Over 95 full sheets of 18mm plywood were used in the construction.

This is a smaller 8 foot radius dish with the cadding in fixed.

Surfaced with developed sections of MDF.
