We have 3 CNC routers:
Anderson Duo
CNC router with Twin 1600mm x 1600mm beds can be used as one large 3200mm x 1600mm bed plus two heads with 8-station tool auto changers.
Ideal for long runs or extra large panels.
SCM Record 220
CNC router with long 3200mm x 1250mm bed with single 10-station auto tool changer. Also split Vacuum bed for faster production.
SCM Routomat
CNC router with long 2600mm x 1400mm bed with single 10-station auto tool changer, and 16 spindle drill block. Also split Vacuum bed for faster production.
Ital Membrane press
Form vinyl doors and panels.
We also have plant for sizing, breaking up and handling materials, plus in house tooling and off line programming.
