Sections cut from 12mm plain MDF to create a skeleton of Yacht hull
Part of hull mould prior to having skin applied.
The custmomer supplied all the CAD files in 2D which are slices from their 3D software.
Great care was taken by the customer to ensure the slots were the correct depth ensuring a rapid assembley.
Slots should be sligthly over size to allow for thickness ( +0.3 mm )variance.
Note that all the parts were engraved with part numbers/names at the same time as routing.
