Potential problems with files
Once we get a file onto our system we can usually sort problems
it out, but is times money etc.
I've listed some things to watch out for but don't get to
worried if your not sure. Send down a file, it only takes us
a minute to have a look.
Splines
we machine in lines & arcs so we have to convert.
This can have an effect on the finished shape.
Polylines used to create line thickness for printed plans
must be converted to single or no thickness lines & arcs.
The explode command returns the polyline to a zero thickness.
3D drawings we machine from 2D drawings can convert but can
cause problems.
Over laying of lines and shapes, not major can be a pain.
Lines and arcs should connect and not over lap.
